a strong performance at the Konica Cup, Taufik Hidajat
of Indonesia will move up on the JVC Rankings next week. He
is currently sixth on the rankings, but his finals appearance
coupled with Sun Jun not playing could put him close to the
#1 position. Fung Permadi of Taiwan, currently in the #2 position
also has a chance if his point total increases enough from
his performance. Budi Santoso, currently #4 on the rankings
also has an outside chance due to his Semi Finals performance
last week. The race is down to this foursome for the JVC Rankings
title.
